Engagement Models

What things cost, and how engagements actually work.

See the numbers before a call. Every engagement is fixed-quoted in writing, and you own everything we build.

Diagnostic

AI Operations Audit

From $1,500

Fixed quote after a short scoping call. Fully credited toward your first sprint within 30 days.

A diagnostic of one revenue-critical workflow: the map of where it breaks, the 3 to 5 highest-cost leaks priced against your numbers, and a recommended first fix. Larger, multi-site, or compliance-bound scopes are quoted individually.

Build

Operations & AI Implementation

Fixed quote

Scoped from the audit's findings. Audit fee credited in full.

One meaningful operational fix, built inside your existing tools, adopted by your team, and documented. Scope depends on what the audit finds, which is why we will not invent a number here: you get yours in writing before you decide.

Advisory

Ongoing Support

Monthly, quoted

Never required. Cancel anytime.

Monitoring, tuning, and a monthly report on the system we installed. Useful when volume grows or the team changes. If you would rather run it yourself, everything is documented for exactly that.

Web & Conversion

Conversion-Focused Web Design

From $1,000

Project-based, fixed quote after a short call.

A custom, conversion-focused site, wired into the response systems that catch what it captures. You own the site and the stack. See the web design page for what that includes.

Smaller need? Self-serve kits and templates run $79 to $149 in the resource library, and the guides are free.

The rules every engagement follows

Fixed quotes, in writing

You always know the full price before you commit. No hourly meters, no surprise scope.

The straight-answer guarantee

If the audit does not surface leaks worth multiples of its fee, we tell you that in writing and you keep the roadmap. We would rather lose a project than pad one.

Zero lock-in

Everything is built on tools you control and documented so you can run it without us. The exit is always open, which is why clients stay.

Decision Guides

Choose the right level of help.

Use these plain-language comparisons to decide whether the next move is an audit, a focused implementation, an internal hire, or a self-serve fix.

Pricing questions, answered plainly

Why is the audit paid instead of a free consultation?

Because a free consultation is a sales call and a paid audit is a diagnostic. Charging for the audit lets us spend real hours mapping your workflow and lets you get a deliverable you own either way. The fee is fully credited toward your first sprint when booked within 30 days, so serious buyers effectively pay nothing extra for it.

Why don't you publish sprint prices?

Because sprint scope depends entirely on what the audit finds. Publishing a number before knowing the workflow would either overcharge simple fixes or underprice complex ones. Every sprint is quoted fixed, in writing, before you commit, and the audit fee is credited against it.

Are there retainers or subscriptions?

Nothing is required. After a sprint, ongoing monitoring and tuning is available as an optional monthly engagement, quoted for your situation. You own everything we build either way, on tools you control.

What if we are not a fit?

We say so, early. If the audit is not worth the fee for your situation, we point you to the cheaper path, including our free guides and self-serve kits. If the audit finds nothing worth a sprint, we tell you that in writing and you keep the full roadmap.

Know your number before you decide anything.

The scoping call is short, free, and ends with a fixed quote in writing. Whether you take it is entirely up to you.
